Customer Service—Our Dedicated Professional Relations Team will be there when you need us to answer questions, help you resolve issues, or provide you with useful information.
Simplified Billing—You will receive direct reimbursement from Delta Dental, helping improve your cash flow and reduce your collections issues.
Online Tools—Using the Dental Office Toolkit, for electronic claims processing and electronic funds transfer, most payments will be directly deposited into your account within 48 hours.
Payment of the dental plan is made directly to the participating dentist. The plan's payment is based on the maximum plan allowance after deductibles and coinsurance. The maximum plan allowance is determined by taking the lesser of the submitted amount or the maximum fee as determined by Delta Dental of North Carolina for the particular procedure code. Delta Dental of North Carolina participating providers accept the allowed amount as payment in full for services covered under the plan.
Provider Participation Requirements
Any dentist licensed under the laws of any state in the United States is encouraged to become a Delta Dental Premier participating dentist. Dentists interested in participating in the network must review and return (where relevant) the following documents:
